Who we are looking for
 

People who are interested in bringing and growing their business and technology skills to join our Technology Platform Engineering and Operations team.  You will be responsible for providing business management support for the Office of the CTO encompassing Strategy Enablement, Organizational Design, Communications, and Employee Engagement.

This role can be performed in a remote or semi-hybrid model, where you can balance work in the office and work remotely. 

What you will be responsible for

As an intern for the Office of the CTO you will:

Help with communications and employee engagement across Technology Platform Engineering and OperationsHelp with organizational design activitiesAssist in measuring and tracking Technology Platform Engineering and Operations progress and success 

Detailed responsibilities include:

Track and maintain OKR progress for Technology Platform Engineering and OperationsConduct analysis and present findings in response to mgmt. and ad hoc requests, ensuring accurate and timely deliverySupport organizational engagement strategy for the Technology leads including townhalls, skip levels engagements, broadcast / communicationsAssist with the people agenda initiatives including: learning and development, diversity, rewards & recognitionPrepare agendas, notes, and slideware for meetings

Strong experience with PowerPoint to simply convey complex information to varying audiences Ability to leverage MS Excel to crunch data sets and organize results in coherent and understandable way  Insightful and creative solutionsStrong interpersonal skills; strong verbal and written communication skills   Strong organizational skills able to deliver on projects under tight timeframes  High degree of attention to detail   Desire to learn and ability to quickly get comfortable with current information and toolsAble to learn without classroom aids (via papers, presentations, books, etc.)  

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Pursing a B.S. degree in Computer Science, Technology, and/or Business, related field

Salary Range:

$15,600 - $58,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
