Summer Internship 2025 - Knowledge Management Job ID 155528 Posted 20-Jan-2025 Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Interns/Graduate/Apprentice Location(s) Singapore - Singapore **Key Duties & Responsibilities** + Able to evaluate and understand user needs when working with content and ensure appropriate content is shown to a user in the right place and in the best format. + Able to critically analyze content for easy use and be familiar with writing content standards, style guides, compliance, etc. + Develop infographics, logos, and other designs using software such as Adobe or Canva. + Be involved in refurbishing language, content, and design of respective business line materials, i.e., proposals, pitch presentations, bespoke templates, and other client-facing materials. + Work closely with internal stakeholders to consolidate, review, and curate refreshed client-facing materials. + Supporting capacity-building efforts and development of related solutions on knowledge sharing. + Copywriting for KM campaigns, including EDMs, Push Notifications, and long-form/short-form content. + Maintain and update weekly and monthly editorial calendars, write articles for new KM page(s), research ideas for KM topical content, schedule content, etc. + Performing other related duties as required. **Required Knowledge & Skills** + Must have existing work authorization to work in Singapore + Experience in business writing/ content design and/or UI/UX is a plus. + Currently enrolled in university, preferably doing design thinking, digital tech, business, marketing, or real estate programs. + Hands-on driven and has good attention to detail. + Excellent command of written and spoken English + Good project coordination and communication skills + Adept in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel + Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage timelines and follow-up promptly. + Ability to collaborate across functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly. + Adept in fast-paced working environments + Ability to do instructional design/storyboarding is a bonus CBRE, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer (Women/Minorities/Persons with Disabilities/US Veterans)
