Your role and responsibilities

ABB needs to ensure that we have the right due diligence processes in place to meet the expectations of our stakeholders and ensure that we meet regulatory requirements, especially related to the upcoming EU regulation CSDDD. The purpose of the summer internship is to support the Global Head of Supply Chain Sustainability and Due Diligence in this workYour key project would be to support the deep dive into CSDDD with the purpose of understanding how ABB needs to work with the relevant value stream actors to fulfill the Due Diligence requirements according to CSDDD.This will require conversations with different departments and workstreams within ABB as well as external actors and document reviews (desktop studies). The candidate will also be supporting on other tasks related Supply Chain Sustainability and Due Diligence, and possibly also other tasks related to corporate sustainability with the purpose to provide the candidate with exposure to different topics with the aim of getting a good understanding of the nature of the work in ABB’s corporate sustainability department.

Qualifications for the role

Currently studying Bachelors or Masters in a relevant disciplineStrong analytical skills Ability to actively reach out to and build trust with stakeholders across the businessSelf-starter and ability to work independently Experience in pulling together compelling presentation material and useful implementation tools
