The Information Technology Operations Intern will be responsible for leveraging Lansweeper to conduct a comprehensive review of the software installed across the network, categorize it as approved, unwanted, or neutral, and implement a systematic approach for managing and removing unwanted software. Additionally, the intern will create automated alerts and reporting mechanisms for newly identified unwanted software or newly installed software that requires further review. This will ensure that any future unauthorized or unnecessary software installations are promptly addressed.
