Program Overview June – August 2025: Mon – Friday, On-site (CT) Our 10-week program offers assignment in a variety of functions such as Engineering, Manufacturing, HR, Sales Marketing, Product Mgmt., as well Business Development and Strategy. Our Engineering organization offers assignments working on one of the following teams: Design, Reliability, Electrical, Software, Systems, Cell Stack Assembly, Product Mgmt., Service, Mechanical Component, or Manufacturing Engineering. For non-engineering or corporate functions like: Business Development, Sales Marketing, HR, Installation, Facilities etc. assignments might be working on strategy and market research projects, for example. All assignments offer challenging work to lead and opportunities to support on-going developments with other team members. We also include cross-functional exposure and networking with key leaders of the business at various events and sessions throughout the summer.
