Within IT, Global Business Services we are recruiting for two IT Service Desk Technicians


Position: IT Service Desk Technician Location: Gothenburg
Job type/duration: Summer job between end of June to end of Aug 2025 Team: You will join the Global Business Service - IT Service Desk team and report to the Global Service Desk Director

This summer job offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the IT field and make a meaningful contribution to our team. In the role you will focus on activities such as: 

First line support at the IT Global Business Service Desk Work on end user tickets and provide IT support accordingly Help end users with their IT related issues, both on-site and remote Collaborate within the IT Global Business Service Desk team on daily IT operations

 

Knowledge and experience

Currently studying Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree, preferably studying Computer Science or IT related fields Experience of working in and knowledge of IT Skilled in the Microsoft end-user environment and office360 Basic understanding of Microsoft service software and related operations Excellent written and spoken English.

 

Personal qualities

Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service. Self-motivated and proactive in suggesting ideas and improvements. Demonstrates proactiveness and understands business criticality. Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Flexible with a positive, “can-do” attitude. Team player.
