Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a Summer Intern to support our Operational Excellence team. The intern will play a crucial role in automating global reporting processes, documenting best practices for operational standards, and assisting with content development for our Digital Operating System. Will also assist in OEE improvement processes and documentation of best practices for productivity improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Automate global reporting tasks to increase efficiency and accuracy.Document and develop best practices for operational standards.Assist in the creation and organization of content for our Digital Operating System.Support the Operational Excellence team in various initiatives to enhance process optimization.Analyze data and generate reports using Power BI.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.Participate in Kaizen improvement workshops and document best practices.Preferred Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.Basic understanding or experience with DevOps practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.What You Will Gain:
