EF Munich is looking for amazing people to work as live-in Residence Assistants in our Summer residence in Munich starting June - August 2025.Your main job is to make sure that the residence feels like a ‘home away from home’ for international students. The duties as a Residence Assistant include:Checking that rooms are ready, clean and available for arriving studentsMeeting & greeting new students on arrivalAssisting with checking in & taking students to roomsInforming arriving students about rules and fines (community standards)Bringing new arrival students to the school on Monday mornings and helping with check ins at the schoolRegularly checking rooms to ensure facilities are in good condition & being well maintained & cleanedCurfew checks for U18’sEnsuring that reported maintenance issues are dealt with efficiently by residence staffAssisting students with problemsEnsuring that residence rules are being adhered to and report all issues to residence managerLiaising with Staff responsible about any issues or problemsLiaising with the Residence Staff, organizing and partaking in weekly activitiesRun activities at the residenceReminding departing students of leaving date & proceduresBreakfast, Lunch and Dinner Organization / SupervisionAll applicants are welcome and we think this role is extremely suitable for mature university students and professionals who have lots of travel and life experience and who are looking to save on their accommodation while providing 5-star service and guidance to our students.
