Summer Technology Assistant Marion District Technology Office 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. June 30 – August 22, 2025 Job Qualifications JOB DUTIES - Install internal and external pc and network hardware; - Install pc operating systems, including Bios and imaging devices; - Set up, troubleshoot, configure and maintain desktop security of the network and PC’s, as well as data storage hardware and software; - Take physical inventory of devices in District buildings; - Clean devices for distribution to new users; - Other duties as assigned; - Travel between district locations is required. QUALIFICATIONS - High school diploma or equivalent; - Experience with personal computers, laser printers and other peripherals; - Proficiency in using computer applications and software; - Ability to find answers to complex technology issues; - Ability to work independently with little or no supervision; - Requires the ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
