As a Summer Trainee – Aftermarket Global Processes based in Espoo, you will:

 

Support end-to-end process development for Aftermarket key processes according to agreed prioritization, with a clear focus on supporting Metso's strategy. Support Process Owners with process and working instruction documentation according to Metso guidance, and collaborate with them on development topics within the Process Owner community. Support process development communication towards business stakeholders and ensure stakeholder feedback is taken into account in process development. Ensure end-to-end cooperation between target organizations. Actively support customer experience development.

 

 

Who you are

 

A higher degree study background in Business, Economics, IT, or Industrial Engineering. A positive and spontaneous can-do mindset, a proactive approach to work, and eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed in the role. A customer-focused and innovative mindset, with problem-solving skills. Ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on certain tasks, and taking ownership of assigned tasks and projects. Big picture thinking: Ability to connect the dots and form a good overview on topics. Proficient/Fluent English is required.

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2065-2875 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location

 

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
