Danfoss Drives is looking for Summer Trainee to join our customer service team. In addition to supporting our customer with their requests, we are also working on with logistics and production planning related topics.

Job Responsibilities
If you take this exciting challenge to join us as our Summer Trainee in customer service, your tasks might include:
• global customer service
• Order entering into SAP
• Ensuring that all information provided to customers or logistics partner is accurate and special requirements are met
• Interaction with other departments and third party suppliers to ensure smooth customer service and sales processes
• taking care of production planning and ensuring that the orders are delivered in time.
For you to rock in this position, you should have completed at least 2 years of M.Sc. or B.Sc. studies in a relevant field of studies (international business or engineering).
Personally you are service minded, curious and motivated. You are a skilled communicator and able to interact with people both inside and outside of the organization.
