We are looking for a Summer Trainee to join our Global Pricing and Analytics team supporting aftermarket business across multiple Metso business areas. You will be part of a global team, with diverse backgrounds and skill sets.

 

The location can be Espoo or Tampere.

 

The global Pricing and Analytics team is globally responsible for

 

Providing information and analytics related to sales, prices, and customers. Leading and facilitating pricing discussions between product lines and market areas. Administering and communicating prices, and controlling price usage.

 

 

As a Summer Trainee – Global Pricing and Analytics, you will

 

Assist in global list price management and pricing data administration in SAP. Take part in updating monthly reports. Support product lines with ad hoc analyses. Contribute to the development of global pricing processes, tools, and reporting. The duties can be modified depending on the trainee's skills and interests.

 

 

Who you are

 

A higher degree study background in for example business, industrial engineering, finance or similar. A positive and spontaneous can-do mindset and a proactive approach to work Eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed in the role. An ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on certain tasks. Good communication skills in English Skills in SAP, Excel, VBA, Python, or Power BI are a benefit, but not a prerequisite. However, you will need to have the technical inclination to learn especially Excel usage during your traineeship.

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2065-2875 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each position is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

 

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
