We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Summer Trainee, Global Sales & Business Development

to join our Global Sales & Business Development team in the Commercial & Operations unit in Espoo, Finland. This is a full-time, fixed-term position lasting 4–5 months, starting May/June 2025.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales development and business operations, with a focus on innovative sales tools, CRM improvements, and impactful data analytics.

In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to develop your skills with the help of a highly experienced team. You will also have an opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of sales tools and reporting systems that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities and Activities:

Support the management and implementation of ongoing sales tool developments

Build and maintain reports to track the adoption and business impact of deployed sales tools and initiatives

Conduct independent analyses to quantify and monitor sales performance metrics

Identify trends and propose actionable insights to improve sales operations

Work on improving CRM usability by analyzing field utilization and proposing streamlined layouts

Support alignment across teams by reviewing, updating, and maintaining documentation

Qualifications:

B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in a relevant field, for example, business, engineering, statistics, or computer science

Organizational and analytical skills to manage projects

Good knowledge of analytics and data (knowledge of generative AI, business intelligence tools, and/or Salesforce is also considered an asset)

An eager learner of processes, tools, and ways of working

Ability to creatively suggest the best tools and methods for the task at hand

Ability to work independently in a proactive and systematic way, can-do attitude

Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
