We are now looking for a motivated 

Summer Trainee, Modernization Business Development 

to join our Modernization team in the Commercial & Operations unit in Espoo, Finland. This is a full-time, fixed-term position lasting 4–6 months, starting in June 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to support strategic modernization projects and gain valuable experience in business development within a global organization. 

Responsibilities and Key Activities: 

Analyzing data from our install base and markets to identify trends and opportunities that require attention in the coming years. 

Creating action plans and schedules for upcoming projects. 

Developing measurement tools and dashboards to monitor relevant performance metrics. 

Preparing and updating documentation in collaboration with subject matter experts to clearly communicate the value to customers. 

Following up on benefit realization for solutions and initiatives. 

Utilizing external databases and research tools to build market insights and conduct analyses. 

What We Are Looking For a Candidate who: 

Understands the principles of customer value creation and demonstrates a keen interest in learning new skills. 

Can analyze data in a logical and systematic way, simplifying complex information when necessary. 

Has a proactive mindset and is capable of applying theoretical concepts to real-world situations. 

Thrives in collaborative environments and contributes positively to team efforts. 

Requirements for the Role 

Currently pursuing relevant occupational studies or possessing relevant experience in business, engineering, or a related field. 

Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is required; Finnish is an asset. 

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. 

Excellent presentation and communication skills. 

Previous project management experience is beneficial. 

Strong organizational and planning skills with a proactive, can-do attitude. 

Understanding of trends and innovations in modern B2B sales is an advantage.
