As a Summer Trainee – MPP Global Pricing, Espoo, you will:
Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and distribution of global price lists across different regions and business units. Support in monitoring and evaluating price realization and profit margins across product categories. Work with sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather input for pricing decisions. Participate in meetings to discuss pricing challenges and strategic adjustments. Update and control product, pricing, and discount data within the CPQ system to ensure accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with IT or CPQ system administrators to test and implement updates or enhancements to the CPQ platform. Create and maintain pricing performance reports for internal stakeholders.
Who you are
A higher degree study background in for example International Business, Finance, and/or Economics. An aptitude in the following areas would be seen as a plus: IT, software development, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, customer experience (CX), data science and/or data engineering. Positive attitude, great work ethic, numerical proficiency, and high attention to detail. An ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on certain tasks. Good skills in MS Office tools, especially in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI or similar are seen as a plus. Ability to take ownership of the assigned tasks and projects and drive them proactively. Full written and spoken proficiency in English.

As a summer trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience, contribute to the company’s price offering, contribute to global orders volumes and profitability, all the while receiving guidance from a supportive team. Many of our summer trainees continue their employment with us part-time, full-time, or with their thesis after the summer.

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2065-2875 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.
Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
