As a Summer Trainee in Pumps Services with our Metso Consumables team located in Espoo, you will:

 

 

Analyze installed base data to identify service potential and growth opportunities. Assist in defining service content, value propositions, and customer focused packages. Support the creation and improvement of sales tools, service documentation, and global procedures. Collaborate with teams to address service gaps and improve how services are offered and delivered. Contribute to tasks aligned with your skills, experience, and interests.

 

 

Who you are:

 

A higher degree study background in engineering, business or a related field with: a positive can-do attitude and eagerness to learn more strong technical and business mindset ability to take ownership of the assigned tasks and projects and drive them proactively  a customer focused mindset good communication skills in English

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2065-2875 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

 

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
