As a Summer Trainee – Warranty management, you will:​ 

 

Learn and develop skills in warranty ticket handling, ensuring the overall quality of the tickets. Assist in improving processes related to warranty claims and ticket management Support corrective and preventive actions for warranty claim cases within the defined range Focus on determining and developing accurate warranty validity information. Work and collaborate in a international enviroment supporting people from all over the world

 

 

Who you are

 

A higher degree study background in Industrial Management, Engineering or Business Positive attitude and great work ethic  Eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed in the role.​ A customer-focused and innovative mindset, and problem-solving skills An ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on certain tasks. Good skills in MS Office tools,  Ability to take ownership of the assigned tasks and projects and drive them proactively  English proficiency. Any other language is considered an asset..

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2065-2875 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

 

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
