About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced campaign manager to lead and execute marketing campaigns that align with our super app strategy. The ideal candidate will effectively manage cross-functional resources, monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies, and play a crucial role in driving user acquisition and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns based on the super app strategy, focusing on lead generation and user acquisition.Coordinate and integrate all internal and external resources to ensure timely, accurate, and legally compliant execution of all marketing campaigns and communications.Manage campaign budgets and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success, optimizing strategies for maximum impact.Prepare comprehensive final reports on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.Leverage potential synergies in creative, production, and market timing across channels, markets, and consumer segments.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in campaign management, or related fields.Proven success in developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple channels.Strong understanding of marketing metrics and analytics, with the ability to analyze data and convert it into actionable insights.Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Exceptional time and project management abilities.
