Primary Purpose of this Job The Superintendent will be responsible for the management of associates within an assigned area to support production demands. This person will provide leadership for managing day-to-day operations of Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness and Cost. Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned) + Directs safety program ensuring employee safety and engagement to achieve established goals. + Manage personnel including task assignment, performance management, policy adherence and development. + Measure, monitor and analyze production performance and make necessary adjustments to meet business objectives. + Use CI Tools to improve SPQRC, and meet goals using PDCA principles. Working Conditions under which the essential functions of this are typically performed. + Work is typically performed in an office setting + Regular, in-person attendance + Travel domestically and/or internationally + Exposure to the work environment in operational facilities
