The Construction Superintendent serves as the on-site leader and primary representative of this luxury residential construction company responsible for day-to-day construction operations, quality control, scheduling, and site safety. Working closely with the Project Manager, this role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Essential Functions and Duties: Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring work meets plans, specifications, safety, and quality standards Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain efficient workflow and on-time project delivery Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, RFIs, inspections, and change orders using company systems Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, architects, and consultants, addressing questions and resolving field issues Oversee material take-offs, orders, and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate supply management Lead by example in enforcing safety protocols, maintaining site cleanliness, and fostering a professional, solution-focused team environment
Qualifications: 5 to 10+ years of experience in luxury residential construction Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling (MS Project or similar), and reading plans/specifications Proven ability to lead crews and subcontractors with professionalism and efficiency Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Proficiency with Procore or similar project management software preferred
