We’re seeking a Construction Superintendent to manage daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. What You’ll Do + Lead On-Site Operations: Supervise all construction activities and enforce safety regulations. + Coordinate Teams: Direct subcontractors, suppliers, and labor crews for smooth execution. + Manage Schedules & Budgets: Keep projects on track and make adjustments when needed. + Ensure Quality: Conduct inspections and maintain compliance with industry standards. + Communicate Effectively: Serve as the main contact for clients, project managers, and stakeholders. + Problem-Solve: Quickly resolve issues to maintain progress. + Document Everything: Maintain accurate records and reports. What We’re Looking For + Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent. + Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols. + Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. + Leadership skills that inspire collaboration. + Familiarity with project management software. + OSHA certification preferred; additional certifications are a plus. Preferred Qualifications + Experience with healthcare, clean rooms, biopharma, or manufacturing projects. + PMP certification. + Proficiency in MS Project, Procore, and Sage. + Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and take-offs. + Managed projects from $500K to $20M (especially $3–5M). Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Wilton, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
