 We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the construction project, ensuring that schedules are met, budgets are followed, and quality standards are maintained. The Superintendent will work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure the successful completion of the project

 

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the construction project from start to finishDevelop and maintain project schedulesMonitor and enforce safety standards on the job siteCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team membersEnsure that all work is completed on time and within budgetResolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the projectCommunicate regularly with the project manager and other team members

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction managementStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsKnowledge of building codes and regulationsProficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management softwareOSHA 30 certification preferred
