**Job Title: Mechanical Superintendent** **Job Description** We are seeking a Mechanical Superintendent to join our team for a large Data Center project in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, implementing, and documenting all aspects of the construction company's safety plan. You will work as part of an existing team to ensure the successful completion of the project. **Responsibilities** + Analyze, implement, and document the construction company's safety plan. + Supervise mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC installations on the Data Center project. + Oversee and manage all aspects of site construction, ensuring adherence to project schedules, cost control measures, and quality/safety standards. + Monitor production and control costs to ensure project efficiency. + Handle construction supervision and safety protocols. + Facilitate communication and documentation through RFIs (Request for Information). **Essential Skills** + Experience in construction management, specifically mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC. + Extensive experience working on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects valued at $5 million or more. + OSHA 30 certification required. + Proven track record in construction supervision. + Strong understanding of construction safety practices. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with management controls such as schedules, cost control, procurement, and quality/safety facilitated during project execution. + Experience supervising craft in a self-perform environment. + Demonstrated capability in monitoring production and controlling costs. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values culture and training, with opportunities to work on a broad range of projects.
