**Construction Superintendent**

**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage an upcoming mid-rise, 50-unit apartment project from the ground up. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction management, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. The candidate must have a verifiable track record of functioning as the superintendent for ground-up projects of similar size or larger.
**Responsibilities**
+ Supervise all phases of construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
+ Manage the project's construction schedule using Primavera P6 or similar tools.
+ Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to facilitate smooth project execution while adhering to the project's schedule.
+ Utilize Autodesk Build project management software for tracking and reporting (training will be provided if you have not used this tool before).
+ Review schematics and construction documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility of the project.
+ Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the construction process.
+ Manage project budgets effectively, including tracking expenses and forecasting future costs.
+ Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
+ Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
**Essential Skills**
+ **Minimum of 8 years of commercial construction field experience**
+ **Minimum of 5 years experience as the primary superintendent for commercial construction projects**
+ **Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects ($20 Million +)**
+ Familiarity with construction management software tools such as Procore, PlanGrid, or Autodesk Build
+ Proficiency with construction scheduling software such as Primavera P6
+ Strong understanding of budgeting processes and financial management in construction projects
+ Experience in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
+ Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders involved in the project
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Flexible start time but must be able to start no later than January 2025

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00
