Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, coordinating subcontractors, tracking costs, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop project schedules and ensure timely completion of projectsSupervise the construction process and manage all aspects of the projectManage and supervise subcontractors and vendorsProcess requests and update drawings as necessaryComply with contract documents and review shop drawingsEstimate changes and implement safety plansPrioritize tasks and resolve issues in a timely and effective mannerTake progress photos and prepare daily reportsCommunicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field5+ years of experience in construction managementStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ProCore SoftwareExperience with MS Project Scheduling SoftwareValid driver's licenseAbility to learn quickly and adapt to new technologiesExcellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environmentGood judgment and problem-solving skills
