Clover Leaf Solutions is seeking a Superintendent to oversee on-site construction activities for a project in Sparks, Nevada. The Superintendent will be responsible for planning, scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety while ensuring efficient coordination among subcontractors, consultants, and vendors. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive leader who can independently manage a project from start to finish while fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities: Participate in project proposals and interviews to ensure client expectations are met. Review and interpret construction documents, resolving any discrepancies for constructability. Develop and manage project schedules, including four-week look-aheads and pull-planning efforts. Ensure materials, equipment, and inspections align with project timelines. Develop, implement, and oversee site logistics plans. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and craft workers, ensuring work quality, readiness, and progress. Provide high-level oversight of safety, quality, and risk compliance throughout the project. Identify and implement process improvements in workflow, methods, sequencing, and safety protocols. Manage and track the utilization of Fortis tools and equipment. Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of the project and team. Qualifications: Strong expertise in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents. 5+ years of construction experience, preferably with control and integration systems. 2+ years of supervisory experience in construction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, Word, Outlook). Experience with scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera P6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are beneficial but not required. Completion of OSHA 30. Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet Fortis’ driving record policy. Physical Requirements: Work is performed on an active construction site. Standing or walking for extended periods is required. Use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders.
