Benefits: + Health Insurance (Medical/Dental/Vision) + Employee Assistance Program + Life, Long-term/Short-term Disability Insurance + Outstanding growth and career advancement opportunities + You will be trained in First Aid & CPR Essential Functions & Responsibilities: + Oversee and manage budget and mileage goals established. + Provide bid estimates. + Provide conflict resolution when necessary. + Coordinate manpower fluctuations. + Educate customers, community groups and jurisdictions concerning potential vegetation/electric conflict hazards. + Mentor and development of crew members. + Ensure that maintenance programs meet all federal regulations and/or utility standards. + Maintain a professional support staff. + Primary contact for after-hour tree crew requests and/or storm-related activity. + Insure proper billing. + Oversee the Quality Assurance Programs. + Performs other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications: + Must be 18 years of age or older. + Strong leadership skills. + Strong PC skills. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Able to safely drive an approved company vehicle. Education & Experience + High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Pre-Screen + Upon offer, employees may be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check. License & Certifications: + Driver's License required.
