Position Overview

We need a top of the line Superintendent with deep experience and strong tenure that will oversee and manage the long term (10-30 month) project assigned to them. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of commercial construction and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinates both project and personnel on the job siteEnsure projects are completed on time and within budgetCommunicate with project team, subcontractors, and clients regularlyReview and interpret construction plans and specificationsOversee quality control and safety standardsCoordinate and schedule subcontractors and materials

Qualifications

Minimum of 12 years of experience as a construction superintendentExperience working on commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use projectsFamiliarity with building codes and regulationsCompleted Ground Up Construction ProjectsBachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
