Field Crew Supporto   Compliance to regional Health and Safety requirements and Flynn policieso   Monitor quality, safety, and training requirements through regular visits to project siteso   Order and manage Service Inventory, material best practices, and safety equipment distributiono   Daily review of project progress with the foremen and review of field reportso   Scheduling, alignment, and time management of field crewso   Identification, training and coaching future Foreman and Superintendents
What We Are Seekingo   1-3 years experience in a Construction environment; Roofing experience is considered an asseto   Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalo   Form and maintain customer relations; in person, through email, and over the phoneo   Ability to multitask, prioritize, stay organized, and perform in a deadline-oriented environmento   Reliable and strong problem-solving skills
