Superintendent - Data Center

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction operations for Data Center projects, specifically focusing on data center and mission critical facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure project completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily construction operations and coordinate site activitiesEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesOversee subcontractors and trade workers to ensure quality and efficiencyCollaborate with project managers to develop and update project schedulesConduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify issuesCommunicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and vendorsMaintain accurate project documentation and reports

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industryStrong knowledge of commercial construction practicesExperience with data center and mission critical projectsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficient in project management software and toolsBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
