What You'll Be Doing

Lead and oversee heavy highway construction projects from planning through completionCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective executionMonitor safety compliance and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe work environmentManage budgets, schedules, and project documentation with precision and accountabilityCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum

Proven ability to manage complex construction projects with a focus on heavy highway infrastructureStrong leadership and decision-making skills in dynamic field environmentsProficiency in construction software and project management toolsDeep understanding of safety regulations and quality control standardsEffective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams

Work Environment This role operates primarily in outdoor construction settings with exposure to varying weather conditions, heavy equipment, and active job sites. Travel to project locations is required. Safety gear and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
