Job Description
Manage construction schedules for multiple single-family homes at different stages of construction. Ensure the timely delivery of materials to job sites in accordance with the schedule. Communicate with all designated parties regarding the status of scheduled closings and walk-throughs. Conduct daily quality control inspections on all homes under construction to ensure all work complies with plans and quality standards. Deliver all homes within the established timeframes.

Onsite in a residential subdivision in Beaverton/Sherwood. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $105000.00
