Job Title: Superintendent of Construction

Position Structure: 12-month consult to hire

Job Description:

Manage construction schedules for multiple single-family homes at different stages.Ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites.Communicate with designated parties regarding scheduled closings and walk-throughs.Conduct daily quality control inspections to ensure compliance with plans and quality standards.Deliver homes within established timeframes.

Responsibilities:

Manage construction schedules for multiple single-family homes.Order materials to ensure timely delivery.Communicate the status of scheduled closings and walk-throughs.Conduct daily quality control inspections.Deliver homes within established timeframes.Conduct on-site safety and construction meetings.Start and close homes as per the business plan.Inspect trade contractor work and supplier deliveries before approving invoices.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $105000.00
