We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent of Construction to oversee and manage complex to highly complex construction projects. The successful candidate will directly manage project construction activities, ensuring that they meet specifications, are delivered within budget, and are completed by the scheduled date. Responsibilities include coordinating, planning, and supervising craft superintendents, contractors, and/or craft activities, managing projects with budgets ranging from $2MM to $10MM, and overseeing discipline-specific scopes of work.

Will be attending meetings with client & contractorDirect day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor forceReview and be familiar with the project budget and general conditions estimateReview and approve Trade Contractor Payment Applications with Project ManagerDevelop and maintain site logistics plan, in coordination with Project Manager and Clients and ContractorsConduct quality & safety inspectionsCoordinate site testing and inspection effortManage schedules, including preparation of look ahead schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled datesPrepare and submit Superintendent’s Daily ReportsParticipate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings and conduct foreman’s meetingsReview and assist in developing scopes of work for each subcontractor

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62.50 - $72.11/hr.
