Job Title: Superintendent of Residential Construction

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Superintendent of Residential Construction to oversee and manage our residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing project documents, allocating workers and resources, and working directly with home builders on changes and updates to the build. This role requires generating project schedules, ordering products, tracking daily production, mentoring and training carpenters, foremen, and project engineers, and using Microsoft systems for data entry. Additionally, the Superintendent will coordinate and run daily crew meetings, assist with construction duties as needed, and operate heavy equipment when necessary.
