2nd Shift Superintendent of Operations | Amboy, IL, United States 

Join us as a 2nd Shift Superintendent of Operations at Sensient Technologies. In this role, you’ll oversee our facility’s operations and management from 2 PM to 10:30 PM. As the primary authority on-site during these hours, you’ll ensure that production targets are met, quality standards are upheld, and a safe work environment is maintained for all. Your leadership will be crucial in driving our success during the night shift.

What you’ll do:

Foster a safe workplace by enforcing safety regulations and providing thorough training to enhance employee understanding of safety, quality, and productivity procedures. Ensure efficient use of staff and equipment to meet production goals and uphold product quality standards. Lead and develop the team in a professional environment.

Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills. A strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency in various systems, combined with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of production and management.
