Position Overview: The Superintendent will be responsible for developing and managing the construction, restaurant and hospitality projects, overseeing the completion of the projects and ensuring quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop construction, restaurant and hospitality projects according to the highest quality standards Lead and direct the construction team to ensure project completion in a timely and cost-effective manner Oversee and verify all work is completed to the highest quality standards Ensure that all project-related processes are executed efficiently Develop and enforce project plans and timelines Analyze and evaluate the project performance and identify areas for improvement Monitor and review project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulationsQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction, Restaurant or Hospitality Management 5+ years of experience in construction, restaurant and/or hospitality management Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of relevant safety regulations Knowledge of entertainment and hospitality industries (nice to have)Benefits
