Responsibilities: + Specifically responsible for developing supervisory picks, implementing schedule variations, maintaining on-time performance standards, administering discipline, and daily labor relations contact with line stewards and depot chairman. + Manage the development and implementation of quality control, safety and training programs in support of depot operations. Incumbents may also rotate between the Quality Performance and Training Divisions.
