Lead all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, quality control and a clean siteDevelop comprehensive understanding of project strategy and commitments including financial goals, scheduling, logistics, phasing, milestones, inspectionsWork in partnership with PM to maintain an updated and accurate project schedule that reflects the changes in project status and that meets the cost and time requirements of the projectDemonstrate and maintain effective and open dialogue with the project team regarding changes in work, job conditions, subcontractor relations and any deviation in the direction of the projectAlways promotes positive relationships by dealing expertly and fairly with all subcontractors and vendors while instilling this philosophy in the project team Qualifications 7+ years experience both in union and non-union environmentsProven track record of meeting deadlines and possess the ability to pay close attention to the crucial details of retail constructionExtensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulationsExperience in managing, training and developing peopleExperience in computer technologyExperience in supporting a rapidly growing organization around the complexities of executing work in the national arena.Ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality projects including hotel, restaurant, luxury & specialty retail. Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $102,000 to $177,000. The range stated is specific to Los Angeles. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
