Site Name: Belgium-Wavre Posted Date: Aug 14 2024 This contract is a short term contract (CDR - Contrat de remplacement) About the role You will be responsible to manage a logistic team of caretakers and technicians in charge of waste management for the QC, cleaning, reconditioning and supplying laboratory glassware. About the responsibilities Supervise a team of logistic caretaker/technicians (train and develop the team, plan prioritize logistic activities, manage the resources and proactively anticipates resources needs) . Guarantee the application and maintenance of the c’GMP (eg : SOP, documentation, audits, training, equipments) Manage deviations, CAPA and eCC tasks Manage housekeeping of his area Ensure appropriate follow-up of equipments Manage EHS follow-up for his team and area About you Scientific or logistics background At least 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated QC/R&D environment (GMP) or equivalent in university Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Team management with increasing responsibility and demonstrating leadership and people management skills Strong knowledge of GMP environment and Quality systems demonstrated by 5 years experienced Problem solving skills Good networking and influencing skills. Proven communication, influence and negotiation skills.
