The Reporting and Data Analytics sub-function (R&DA) is a leading-edge organization providing powerful analytical solutions to evolve our ability to provide insights to the business. The R&DA ensures that EY is keeping pace with the many analytical and technological changes taking place in the business world, evolving our tools and the way we look at information, to best support the client serving as well as corporate responsibilities in a rapidly changing business world.

 

Role Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented person to join our dynamic technical operations team focused on ServiceNow triage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the allocation of tickets to various teams, managing configuration for our user access application, and performing a variety of other tasks. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a good understanding of ServiceNow, Alteryx, SharePoint, and SQL.

 

Role Responsibilities:

Ticket Allocation and User Access Application Management: Efficiently triage and allocate ServiceNow tickets to appropriate teams Manage security protocols and maintain configuration within the R&DA User Access systems Other Responsibilities: Provide weekly status updates Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely updates Publish ServiceNow statistics and respond to ServiceNow-related requests Maintain and update the Report List configuration: Create new report IDs Update report elements (status, URL) across all environments Maintain the list of RRF in SharePoint Provide usage statistics on reports as needed

 

 

Skills And  Qualifications:

Successful candidates will have:

Prior experience with ServiceNow ticketing system Basic knowledge of Alteryx, SharePoint, and SQL Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

In addition, these skills would be an asset:

Experience in managing security within IT systems Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis Proficiency in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards

The ideal candidate for the this position will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a good background in IT service management and security. They will have proven experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system and possess basic knowledge of Alteryx, SharePoint, and SQL. The candidate will excel in organizational and multitasking skills, ensuring efficient triage and allocation of tickets to appropriate teams while maintaining security protocols.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the candidate will work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and efficiency will be key attributes, along with a passion for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative environment.
