Supervising Clinician SBBHT

Astor’s SBBHT Program serves youth in grades K- 12 depending on the school setting available. We provide individual, group, and family therapy within a milieu setting. In addition, we provide behavioral support and psychiatric services on-site. The successful clinical supervisor candidate will be responsible for reviewing intake assessments, scheduling treatment team meetings with the school, attending and providing weekly supervisions, assigning cases as needed, facilitating trainings for the program and/or schools, and ensuring appropriate documentation of cases. Candidates should be comfortable with data reading and analysis to share information with the school. The clinical supervisor will coordinate with program leadership in meeting with necessary personnel to ensure appropriate delivery of services. Lastly, the clinical supervisor may serve on agency committees to support growth and program development. The program works a 37.5- hour/week schedule (8am – 4pm) and generally follows a school recess calendar.

SPECIFICS: 

Train and maintain fidelity to OPC evidence-based treatment protocols, as age-appropriate for the setting of the satellite.Ensure that productivity targets for satellite clinicians are maintained at the 25hr./week seen-and-billed rate (prorated depending on school contract).Provide a minimum of 1 hr. on-site or virtual supervision per clinician and document supervision according to procedure.Conduct annual evaluations of all assigned staff.Ensure that all high-risk protocols are being followed by clinicians.Assist in crisis management at school satellites as needed.Sustain strong professional relationships with partner agencies and school personnel in schools with embedded satellite clinics.Actively explore areas for expanded training and collaboration with school and leadership team, and look for opportunities to implement and support universal and selective services in schools.Review data analytics dashboards regularly and use information to improve clinical practice, outcomes, and compliance.Provide regular feedback data to involved parties, including aggregate and de-identified data to schools on benchmark outcomes.Assist with smooth integration of billable clinic services and purchased (non-clinic, non-billable) services delivered by Astor.Provide administrative support to staff to assist them in performing their job responsibilities.Provide feedback to the Program Director regarding issues or concerns which interfere with the implementation of the program's mission.Assist in program evaluation to assess the effectiveness of the services being provided Requirements
