Summary: Supervises the delivery of Physical and Occupational Therapy services for inpatient and outpatient referrals; supervises employees and administers services necessary to provide quality services, efficiency and accountability; evaluates, plans and treats complex physical and/or occupational therapy problems; enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs; develops interdisciplinary programs and participates in clinical research; develops, implements, analyzes and reports on quality improvement plans as approved by management; serves as a community liaison for rehabilitation of the oncology patient.

Salary range $79,928 - $101,197 which includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:License Requirements
1. Possession and maintenance of a license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of New York; or
2. Possession and maintenance of a license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the State of New York.
Education and Experience
1. Doctorate degree from an approved Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in a Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy environment or a related field; or
2. Master’s degree from an approved Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in a Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy environment or a related field; or
3. Bachelor’s degree from an approved Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program and the equivalent of seven (7) years of full-time experience in a Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy environment or a related field.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

Preferred Qualifications

The preferred candidate should have experience in acute care/oncology setting and strong communication skills - oral/written. The preferred candidate should have proven leadership experience & skills and effective organization and time management skills.
