Adecco Medical & Science is hiring a **Supervising RN** for one of our top clients in **Clifton Springs, NY** ! This role is in person / on site. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration. **Type:** Permanent, direct hire **Pay:** $37 - $39 per hour **Schedule:** Full-Time, Tuesday – Saturday 1 pm to 9 pm **Responsibilities of the Supervising RN:** + Oversees the medical and behavioral health services for the client’s residential clients, ensuring compliance with medical protocols and regulations. + This role includes both administrative and programmatic responsibilities, contributing to a supportive environment for clients. + Complete and monitor medication administration records; manage med orders and coordinate pharmacy services. + Assist with applicant referrals, screenings, admissions, and discharges; audit prior admissions and monitor daily flow sheets for nurses. + Create nursing schedules, arrange medical and psychiatric provider appointments, and assist with coverage as needed. + Perform client blood draws, conduct assessments, med passes, and facilitate medical-related client groups. + Ensure accurate and timely documentation for all medical appointments, outcomes, and client progress. + Provide supervision to nurses according to client policy; train new nurses on unit protocols. + Provide programmatic oversight on medication management and medical issues, including client education. + Assist with the recruitment of nurses to maintain staffing needs. **Qualifications for the Supervising RN:** + Valid NYS RN license. + Valid NYS Driver’s License. + Previous experience in a supervisory / leadership role. + Background in behavioral health preferred. **Why work for Adecco?** · Weekly Pay · 401(k) Plan · Skills Training · Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
