Accurately validates and processes all financial transactions. **Major Tasks and Responsibilities** + Supervises and monitors employees daily duties as assigned for completion and accuracy. + Tracks and maintains accurate records of all accounts receivable activities. + Prepares and reviews financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with the organization’s policies. + Trains and coaches employees on accounts receivable processes and procedures. + Reviews and approves financial transactions. + Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies. + Oversees cash application processes and reconciles accounts. + Analyzes current accounts receivable processes to find areas of improvement. **Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field. + 5+ years of collections and credit experience. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial applications. **Benefits** At Saia, your success is our success!
