Make an Impact! The Acute Care Behavioral Health Supervisor will provide clinical oversight for our Behavioral Health Crisis Clinicians. The Supervisor will demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to be accountable for the responsibilities of social work and therapy services for the inpatient psychiatric unit. The Supervisor, with unit management, will be responsible for creating and overseeing the clinical programming schedule for the psychiatric unit.

Position: Acute Care Behavioral Health Supervisor 
Shift: Full-time, Evenings (3 pm to 11 pm); Monday through Friday.

Location: Will need to be able to float to all 4 of our Acute Care Hospitals: Lankenau Medical Center, Bryn Mawr Hospital, Riddle Hospital, and Paoli Hospital. 

Experience: 
Minimum of 2 years direct behavioral health experience. 
Minimum of 1-year direct supervision experience.

Education: 
Master’s degree (M.S. or M.A.) in a mental health-related field such as psychology, counseling psychology, marriage or family therapy, Social Work. 


Licensures/Certifications: 
License preferred (LCSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LPC, Licensed Professional counselor)
