Job Title: Supervisor, Advanced Practice Provider (APRN/PA)

Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Haves: At least 2 years of APP experience. Nice-to-Haves: Supervisory experience. Surgical experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of APPs, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Support clinical operations and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care. Collaborate with surgeons and department leadership to optimize workflows and enhance patient outcomes. Facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
Education
Degree requirements as defined by the Texas State Board Physician Assistant Examiners (TSBPAE) or Texas State Board of Nurse Examiners (TSBNE), as required for clinical licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant.
Experience
Two years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider. Must pass a pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
Certification/Licensure
Current license and/or certification as defined by the TSBPAE or TSBNE for clinical licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN, ACNP, ACNPC, ACAGNP, AGACNP, ACNPC-AG, AGNP, ACPNP, ANP, AGPCNP, FNP, GNP, PNP, PMHNP, WHNP, APNP) or Physician Assistant. Related authorization must align with the clinical practice area and patient population. Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
