Job overview and responsibilities

Responsible for the supervision and coordination of all maintenance functions on shift at the assigned location(s) ensuring these activities are performed in a safe manner in accordance with schedule requirements and in compliance with all established Company, regulatory and manufacturers proceduresAssigns vendor aircraft maintenance technicians and related personnel in accordance with requirements to achieve maximum productivity and cost controlEnsures their team has the appropriate resources available and holds them accountable for the work assigned/performedOversee safety and security of aircraft and maintenance operations to ensure regulatory compliance of technical operations activitiesProvide leadership and direction to on shift vendor workforce to maximize productivity and output whilst ensuring necessary resources are availableBuild / reinforce a fair and respectful work environment through consistent application of local work rules and company policiesExecute station performance goals and objectives aligning with divisional and company goalsMaintain a high level of awareness of operational, safety and human resource related performance objectivesMaintain a high level of communication with other divisions and vendor employees within the stationReport status of operations, highlighting significant events to leadership whilst providing direction to assigned station personnel to ensure station and divisional objectives are achievedUnite and collaborate within the group to support additional growth in the region

Qualifications

Required 

High School Diploma, or equivalent / FAA A&P Certificate or EASA qualifications with widebody fleet types5 years in the aircraft maintenance industryExtensive knowledge of aircraft maintenance operations and applicable FAA regulationsCertification of Airworthiness on Boeing FleetMust be legally authorized to work in Singapore for any employer without sponsorshipMust be fluent in English (written and spoken)Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the positionMust have valid passport and willing to travel

Preferred

2 years in a leadership role in the industryStrong background & technical knowledge on fleet types operated and maintenance programs
