General Summary
Functions as part of the management team, performing a variety of clinical and administrative duties related to clinical staff management and patient care. Duties may include quality monitoring, patient assessments, direct patient care, and patient/caregiver/staff education. Provides safe, therapeutic, efficient quality care and services to all patients served. Functions as a member of the health care team at an intermediate nursing level to assist in the planning and implementation of patient care based upon sound nursing judgment, clinical preparation, knowledge, skills and experience. Nursing care is provided in accordance with the provisions of the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing. May be responsible for the clinical functions of more than one practice with the oversight of a Registered Nurse.

Supervises clinical staff by training, allocating and monitoring work. Prepares work schedules of clinical staff; approves/disapproves scheduled time off. Assists Manager and Clinical Operations Coordinator with interviewing, hiring, orienting, training and retention of clinical staff. Evaluates performance of designated clinical staff. Coordinates continuing education of clinical staff and assures clinical competencies are met, documented, and maintained. Trains, mentors, and coordinates preceptorship of new clinical staff. Strives for a high level of employee satisfaction and engagement and is seen as a positive role model for all staff. Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span of the assigned patient population. Assesses and interprets patient age specific data and provides appropriate, age specific treatment. Provides direct patient care to assigned patient age group(s). Demonstrates a commitment to patient, visitor and staff by: complying with all applicable safety regulations; learning the impact of medical errors and methodology that will lead to reduction of errors; reporting actual and potential errors, as well as hazardous conditions; identifying opportunities to standardize processes and "error proof" systems that will lead to increased safety; and participating in safety education programs and root cause analyses as required. Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assessment, safety, environmental and infection control standards. Maintains professional growth and development. Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation.Required for All Jobs:

3 years Clinical nursing experience. Required Previous office and supervisory experience. PreferredLicenses:
