All team members receive benefits including: + Weekly pay + Employee assistance program + Training and development opportunities + Employee discounts + Flexible work schedules Eligible team members may also receive: health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation days and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, and tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement. **What will you do?** + Assist Manager with staff schedule, ordering, receiving, drink menu ideation. + Assists with end-of-month inventory and financial reporting. + Ensure compliance with all departmental and organizational policies and procedures. + Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and associates. + Assist managers in training and development of the team and conducting associate-counseling sessions. + Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume. + Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs. + Analyze and resolve problems, seeking assistance if needed from management. + Ensure venue is adequately stocked with all product and supplies needed for service. + Collaborate with manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention. + Assist bartending associates in serving guests as business levels demand. + Ensure personnel meet appearance standards and follow all uniform guidelines. **More about you** + Must be at least 18 years of age. + Minimum of 1 year successful supervisory or management experience, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting. + Knowledge in bartending techniques, recipes, sanitation, and safety issues preferred. + Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory. + Must be able to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays. + Strong verbal, written, organizational and time-management skills. + Basic computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail required. **Physical requirements** + Ability to lift or carry 50 pounds. + Ability to engage in constant standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. + Ability to walk throughout the entire facility, for the entire length of shift. + Possible exposure to high volume of noise during busy times. + May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on the season. **Shift details** Evening shift Holidays Monday to Friday Every weekend **Who we are** Delaware North is a leader in food service management, operating some of the busiest and most famous kitchens in the world.
